Users with Quality Assurance Access are granted entry to the QA Portal, which enables monitoring and validation of clinical documentation. The QA Portal includes:

Access permissions within WoundAlly are fully customizable. The features and portals enabled for each user role may vary depending on the organization’s operational needs and the configurations set by the Account Owner or EMR Administrator. Adjustments can be made at any time to ensure workflows align with internal processes and compliance requirements.

• Progress Note Review – Allows Quality Assurance staff to review submitted progress notes for accuracy and compliance.

• QA Tagging – Provides the ability to mark notes as “QAed” once they have been validated and approved, ensuring proper documentation standards are maintained.
