Notes

The 'Notes' tool (not to be confused with progress notes), unlike the Task List, is not linked to a visit and is not shared across sections. Notes are intended only for users within the current section.

The note count indicator is straightforward. In the Notes column, if a record contains notes, a blue circle with the number of notes is displayed within the corresponding row.

The Notes interface is similar to the Task List interface but contains only two tabs: Notes and Trash. In addition to different types of notes, various files can also be uploaded to it.
