Referral Orders

The Referral Orders tab helps clinicians manage patient referrals to other providers, clinics, or specialists for additional care. It enables a structured referral workflow and ensures clear visibility into the status of each referral throughout the process.

Key Features:

• Generate referral documents with patient demographics and medical history

• Track referral status (sent, accepted, scheduled, completed)

• Attach visit notes or images to support the referral

• Record provider feedback after the referral is completed
