How to Reactivate a User Account in WoundAlly

Deactivating a user prevents them from accessing the EMR while retaining their historical records for compliance and audit purposes.

  • Navigate to the Office Portal.

  • Go to Inactive tab

  • Locate the name of user you want to reactivate their access. (You can also use search for faster navigation)

  • Click on the user’s Profile.

  • Go to the Access tab.

  • Change their access status from Closed Access to either Office Access or Admin Access.

  • The user will immediately gain their access once changes are saved.
