If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
Go to the WoundAlly Client Sign-In Portal.
Click on "Forgot Password".
Enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive a notification in the lower right-hand corner confirming that a reset email has been sent.
Open your email inbox and locate the reset password email.
Click on the "Reset My Password" link in the email. This will redirect you to a new page or window.
Enter your new password, following the password guidelines:
At least 6 characters long.
Contain uppercase and lowercase letters.
Include at least one special symbol.
Contain at least one number.
Once the password is successfully updated, you will be redirected to your Home Page.
You can now log in and continue using WoundAlly.
