WoundAlly First-Time Provider Guide

This guide is designed to help providers confidently navigate their first days using WoundAlly, especially when supported by a scribe who enters documentation.

Login & Access

Step 1: Enter username and password, then click Login.

Step 2: If needed, click 'Forgot Password' and follow reset instructions.

Troubleshooting: Clear browser cache, use Chrome, confirm password not expired, contact admin if locked.

Schedule

Review assigned patients and confirm the correct date.

Click 'Build Optimal Route' to review travel order.

Export to CSV or print schedule if needed.

Click Activity Map to see patients plotted on a map

Patient Review (Before Visit)

Review medical history, chronic conditions, uploaded documents, and coverage details.

Progress Notes

To review note: Click three-dot menu → Edit → Review → Sign.

If the note is locked, contact the Practice Administrator.

Assistant / Scribe Section

Access levels may include View Only, Documentation Entry, Limited Edit, or Full Access.

Contact Practice Administrator for permission changes.

FAQ & Troubleshooting

Missing Patient: Confirm date, check Census, contact admin.

Accidental 'Patient Seen': Do not create a new visit. Notify admin.

Note Locked: Contact Practice Administrator.

Schedule Incorrect: Refresh page, confirm date, contact scheduler.

Login Issues: Reset password, clear cache, use Chrome.
