Adding Providers to WoundAlly
Accessing the Office Section
1. From your Admin Account, navigate to the Office section.

2. You’ll see two options for user types: - Providers – Rendering physicians/ NPI-associated accounts (MD, NP, PA). - Staff – Non-provider team members such as administrative, billing, and clinical support.
Adding a Provider
1. In the Providers section, click the red “Add Provider” button.

2. Enter the provider’s email address and click Continue.
3. The system will prompt you to set the provider’s access permissions.
- Toggle on each section you want this provider to access.
4. Once you’ve selected their permissions, click Submit.
5. The system will send the provider an email invitation with a link to create their account.
- If the provider doesn’t see the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
6. After the invitation is sent, it will appear in the Invitations section of your Office dashboard.
- Note: Invitations are valid for 5 days. After that period, the link will expire and need to be resent.
