How to Deactivate a User Account in WoundAlly

Deactivating a user prevents them from accessing the EMR while retaining their historical records for compliance and audit purposes.

  • Navigate to the Office Portal.

  • Locate the user you want to deactivate — either under Provider or Staff.

  • Click on the user’s Profile.

  • Go to the Access tab.

  • Change their access status to Closed Access.

  • The user will immediately lose access once changes are saved.
