How to Deactivate a User Account in WoundAlly
Deactivating a user prevents them from accessing the EMR while retaining their historical records for compliance and audit purposes.
Note: Only EMR Administrators have the capability to deactivate or close user access.
Navigate to the Office Portal.

Locate the user you want to deactivate — either under Provider or Staff.

Click on the user’s Profile.
Go to the Access tab.
Change their access status to Closed Access.
The user will immediately lose access once changes are saved.
