Deleting a Patient's Medical Record.

You can delete a medical card in the Census section by clicking on the medical card submenu.

A patient’s medical record can be deleted only if the following conditions are met:

1. The patient's status is set to Inactive.

2. There are no completed or scheduled visits associated with the patient.

Only the administrator can delete a patient's medical record profile.
