Staff Access Types
Access permissions within WoundAlly are fully customizable. The features and portals enabled for each user role may vary depending on the organization’s operational needs and the configurations set by the Account Owner or EMR Administrator. Adjustments can be made at any time to ensure workflows align with internal processes and compliance requirements.
Types of Access
Super Admin Access
Has all permissions of an Admin.
Additional abilities:
Add new Admins.
Revoke Admin Access from existing Admins.
Designed for top-level administrators managing the platform.

Admin Access
Full access to all portals within the system.
Cannot grant or revoke Admin Access for other users.
Suitable for managing day-to-day operations without altering administrative roles.

Closed Access
Automatically applied if a user has been inactive for 7 days without logging in.
As an EMR Admin, you can also manually assign Closed Access to deactivate a user’s account.
Users with this access cannot log in until reactivated.

Office Access
Access is customizable depending on staff role and department.
Examples of tailored access:
Intake Department – manage patient onboarding.
QA (Quality Assurance) – review and monitor clinical documentation.
Provider Assistants – provide general workflow support.
Billers – manage financial and billing processes.
