Progress Note Tab

This tab contains all libraries of the progress note builder used by the medical group. The administrator can edit any templates, as well as delete them and add new ones. Details on working with description templates and treatment consent form template.

In addition to administering template libraries, the administrator can turn off and on options in the Chief Complaint step, thereby activating or deactivating the services provided by the medical group.

When you deactivate services, previously completed progress notes will not be affected.
