Removing a Progress Note
Find below the reason why you want to delete the note.
A patient with the same name was activated by mistake.
In this case, you just need to change the patient's status to inactive. Then you can delete all unnecessary notes.
The provider has created a visit progress note for the wrong patient.
In this case, use the Clear Progress Note option in the Progress Note Builder, but the visit itself will remain on the schedule.
The provider created a Progress Note for a visit that didn't happen.
In this case, you do not need to delete the note. You can use the "Reschedule" option and edit the note on the day of the visit if necessary.
